This is a 6.2 Volt bulb with a P15d30s base. Unlike most P15d bases, the position of the contact pads is offset by 90 degrees: When looking at the bottom of the bulb, with the notch of the flange at 6 o'clock, the contact pads are at 1 o'clock and 7 o'clock
